• Prepare, schedule and monitor the assigned engineering projects
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Attends the Weekly and Monthly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client)
• Coordinates with all project related personnel (onshore and offshore) on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.

Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client, consultant and project team.
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines.
- Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
- Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program report.
- Prepare and update project schedule based on contract on regular basis.
- Monitor critical activities based on projects schedule and adivise remedial measures.
- Negotiation with Suppliers and sub contractors so as to meet the requirements of project and clients.
- Quality checks and monitoring of all execution of activities at site ensuring the correct methodology and specifications.
- Cost control and productivity management along with allocation of optimization of resources to ensure timely completion of an activity.
